Welcome! I’m Lisa Hierholzer, founder of Home Connect Pathway.
My journey with Home Connect Pathway is rooted in a genuine passion for people and a mission to make moving into a new home feel seamless and stress-free.
In 2015, I made the move to vibrant Austin as a solo mother, with my two incredible daughters by my side. They’ve always been my “why”—my inspiration and the heart behind everything I do. Their presence fuels my drive and strong work ethic every single day.
Before launching Home Connect Pathway, I spent eight years with a fast-growing startup in the utility concierge space. That experience was foundational—I gained deep industry knowledge, built lasting relationships, and developed a true understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional service.
In 2023, I took a leap of faith and brought my vision to life with Home Connect Pathway. I truly believe that everyone deserves a smooth, stress-free transition when moving into a new home—and I’m here to make that happen.
